Colleague, take front row at Europe’s biggest retail development catwalk.
Europe’s most time-efficient and effective retail real estate leasing fair
ICSC Retail Connections: Acknowledged as the most efficient retail property leasing event in Europe for shopping centre owners/developers, retailers and agents.
|Bigger and Better|
ICSC Retail Connections 2012, was by far and away the best yet with 25% more retailers and nearly 40% more developers attending. Retailers such as Inditex and Abercrombie & Fitch brought big teams. 2013 Retail Connections will be even bigger and better, with more networking space to do deals, and more prime stands for developers, especially those booking early.
In 2012 more than 80% of available retail space in European Shopping Centres was represented at Retail
Connections, almost 200 retail brands attended and 95% plan to come again in 2013 with more new
retailers expected to attend.
Well over 1,500 meetings were held in just one day in 2012 with retailers saying that this event is on
their annual calendar, and they use it to catch up with each other too. The team from Peek &
Cloppenburg referred to the event as: ‘A coming together of the market’.
“Everyone is here under the same roof.” Simon Maurel, Apple
